The incision can be placed in a number of different locations including the areola, in the armpit, but most often it is made just underneath the breast, above the crease. Dr. Kim will make every effort to ensure that the resulting scars will be as inconspicuous as possible.

After the incision is made, a pocket is created either under the breast tissue or under the pectoralis muscle (the placement being another decision you and Dr. Kim will discuss during your consultation.) The pocket is made just large enough to accommodate the implant, which is then positioned to give the best cosmetic results for your Beverly Hills breast augmentation procedure.
