Tell me about the rhinoplasty procedure!

"Nose surgery" generally takes about an hour to perform. The more complicated the procedure, the more time our Beverly Hills plastic surgeon will put into making certain everything is just like you want it!

The framework of your nose will be sculpted to achieve the shape that you and Dr. Kim have agreed will best complement your face. During the surgery, the skin of your nose will be separated from the bones and cartilage that supports it. Once the cartilage and bone have been sculpted into their new shape, your skin will be redraped over them.

What can I look forward to afterwards?

Post-operatively, there will be several factors to consider, such as making sure you get plenty of bed rest (while keeping your head elevated,) swelling and headaches, black eyes (which are normal,) and a "stuffy nose" sensation for a few days. Make sure you avoid bumping or touching your nose; doing so may impede the healing process!
