This patient had a small hump removed as well the tip narrowed significantly and  raised  slightly. Females should have a soft curve to the nose. Males should have more of a straight nose in the profile view.

Tips for viewing photos - Look for all three views. Many sites will only show the side views. It is important to see the nose from the front also, to see if the nose is straight and how the tip appears.
