Sophia Kim is a nurse practitioner with specialty training in aesthetic medicine. Prior to joining Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery, Sophia received her clinical training and injection specialist training at one of the top 10 practices in the nation by Allergan and top 20 practices by Galderma. Her contributions to the field of aesthetic medicine include work in advanced injectable techniques, skin tightening, body contouring, and skin care treatments. By safely and effectively delivering a non-surgical aesthetic approach with FDA-approved products, Sophia develops uniquely tailored treatments designed to address the specific needs of her patients by utilizing the most advanced skill sets. Her philosophy aims to turn back the clock by delivering high-quality, natural-looking results so that patients feel confident, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
In addition to her passion for aesthetic medicine, Sophia serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Nursing at UCLA. Sophia obtained a Master of Science in Nursing at UCLA where she graduated with honors and received multiple scholarships. Prior to attending UCLA, she attended UC Davis and graduated with a BS in Human Development, and her BS in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. Sophia speaks both English and Korean fluently. In her spare time, Sophia enjoys traveling the world, cooking diverse cuisines, and spending time with her husband Arthur, and their three kids Abby, Christian, and Joshua.
