Cosmetic Rhinoplasty: Straightening a Crooked Nose | Beverly HillsA rhinoplasty plastic surgery is an appropriate procedure for individuals who have a slightly crooked nose or a nose that has moved to one side. A plastic surgeon can create a straighter nose by removing some cartilage or bone or shifting tissue manually.

The nose surgeon may place a splint (similar to placing a splint in case of a fractured nose after functional rhinoplasty) to make sure that the nose remains in the proper position as it heals.

The cause for the crookedness will determine its level. A crooked nose is usually only a cosmetic problem. But in some cases, it can also cause breathing obstructions.

plastic surgeon Dr. David Kim provides rhinoplasty to patients in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and surrounding locations.

What causes a Crooked Nose?

There are two kinds of crooked noses. The first one develops due to a problem within the delicate nasal system of bones, cartilages, and tissue within the nose.

A crooked nose may develop due to various reasons, including:

Depending on the cause for the crookedness, the nose will take on an I, S, or C-shape.

The second type of nose crookedness occurs due to a deviated septum. The septum is the internal wall that divides the nose into two identical passageways.

But in the case of septal deviation, this wall leans to one side causing partial obstruction in one nasal airway. Some individuals may develop a deviated septum after an injury while others may have this condition since birth.

Other than nose crookedness, septal deviation can also cause:

An experienced surgeon can help identify the reason behind the crooked nose and recommend the most suitable course of treatment.

Surgical Treatment

If the nose is only slightly crooked, dermal fillers can help correct it. But more severe cases of crookedness will require surgery. Rhinoplasty plastic surgery can help address the cosmetic problems of the nose while septoplasty can help straighten the septum.

Rhinoplasty

There are two kinds of rhinoplasty procedures – cosmetic rhinoplasty and functional rhinoplasty. Cosmetic rhinoplasty focuses on improving the appearance of the nose. Conversely, functional rhinoplasty treats breathing issues.

According to a 2015 study, irrespective of the technique used, rhinoplasty can successfully straighten crooked noses in patients with or without facial symmetry. Facial symmetry is the similar appearance of both halves of the face.

Septoplasty

Septoplasty can straighten a crooked nose by reshaping the wall that divides the nasal passageways. If the cause for the crooked nose is a septal deviation, the surgeon will likely recommend the patient to undergo a septoplasty. This procedure can effectively straighten the nose and relieve the nasal passageways of obstructions due to a deviated septum.

The Final Word

A crooked nose is a commonly occurring condition which developed due to an injury or a deviated septum. Almost 80 percent of people have some type of septal deviation. The patient should seek an appropriate treatment option if their crooked nose is leading to breathing issues or significant cosmetic problems.

From the classical era to classic film legends, the hourglass figure is a timeless one that celebrates femininity. Not everyone is born with this classic figure though. While yesteryears ladies may have tried to accentuate their assets with corsets and restrictive diets, new innovations in plastic surgery techniques have made it easier for the modern woman to achieve this classic look while still looking natural.

Creating the Iconic Waist

When it comes to creating the iconic hourglass figure, the bust to waist to hips ratios plays an important role. Unless you’re naturally born with a tiny waist and larger hips and bust, this ratio can be difficult to achieve with diet and exercise alone. However, the following plastic surgeries around the waistline can be completed to help bring in the waistline and accentuate the body’s natural curves.

Liposuction

Perhaps one of the most popular plastic surgery procedures, liposuction is a minimally invasive treatment used to remove excess fat tissue from specific areas. For patients looking to create the iconic hourglass figure, liposuction can be used to remove unwanted fat pockets from the abdomen and hips, creating a smaller looking waist. Part of the advantage of using liposuction to remove this excess fat is that so long as patients maintain a healthy diet and do not put on substantial weight, fat will not accumulate again in the treated area.

Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty)

Popular after pregnancy or substantial weight loss, tummy tucks can tighten the underlying abdominal muscles and narrow the waistline, ultimately creating the iconic hourglass waist. As this procedure is more invasive than liposuction, recovery can be slightly longer. However, the comprehensive nature of treatment makes it a permanent solution to weakened muscles and eliminates the risk of excess skin marring final results.

Beginning with the Bust

In some instances, creating the hourglass figure isn’t so much about creating a smaller waistline as it is about enhancing the bust or bottom. For individuals with more rectangular body shapes as well as those with smaller chests, breast augmentation or lift may be the ideal solution for reaching their dream physique.

Breast Augmentation

Aging, weight fluctuation and even genetics can all result in smaller breast size, leading to a disproportionate figure. Breast augmentation can be completed to enhance cup size and restore volume and symmetry to a patient’s chest. Depending on the patient’s preference and end goals implants can be made from saline, silicone or gummy silicon.

Breast Lift

In some instances, breasts may be better enhanced with a lift rather than an implant. For these patients, breast lifts may be included as part of your journey to an hour glass figure. Rather than increasing the size of the breast with an implant, excess skin is removed while the nipple and areola are moved higher up on the chest. For women looking for a subtler hourglass figure, mastopexy can be the perfect enhancement.

Enhancing the Ends

What is an hourglass figure without a generous, curvy lower half? While some patients may have been gifted with a naturally generous lower rear, others may need surgical assistance to achieve this component of their desired hourglass figure. For these individuals, Brazilian butt lifts have become popular solutions.

Brazilian Butt Lift

While traditional butt implant procedures use synthetic implants to enhance the curve of the derriere, Brazilian butt lifts use the body’s own fat cells to add volume to the buttocks and hips. For women working toward the hourglass figure, this treatment offers the benefits of two treatments for one procedure as the excess fat tissues are taken from other parts of the body, such as the abdomen then reinjected into the buttocks. As the donated tissue is from your own body, there is less likelihood that the body will reject the injected fat cells.

Cosmetic Rhinoplasty Procedures: Correcting The Radix | Beverly HillsAs a part of rhinoplasty cosmetic surgery, some patients may undergo dorsal hump or bump reduction. In a variation of this condition known as the pseudo-hump or low radix, the nose may have the illusion of a significant bump.

The radix refers to the upper bony part of the nose. The radix, as well as the underlying cartilage, may be substantial leading to the appearance of a bump.

A shallow radix can cause a depression and a bump. The nose surgeon can reduce the size of the radix by cautiously shaving away small portions.

Key Points

The surgeon may add fullness to a depressed nasal area by using the patient’s cartilage from another nasal site. To create a straighter slope, the surgeon may augment the space right above the radix. For a natural nose appearance, proper radix management is important.

plastic surgeon Dr. David Kim provides rhinoplasty to patients in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and surrounding communities.

Pseudo-Hump

If the patient has a pseudo-hump, it implies that the radix is not properly developed and is under-projecting. This helps create a facial profile where the tissue underneath the radix (towards the nasal tip) seems fuller and more bulbous than it actually is.

The appearance of a pseudo-hump occurs when the radix bone does not project the overlying tissue appropriately.

Correcting an Underdeveloped and Low Radix

Rhinoplasty with radix tissue grafting is the most suitable treatment for an under-projecting radix. A radix graft may comprise cartilage, fascia, or other soft tissue.

In general, it is a sculpted piece of cartilage typically taken from the septum. The surgeon places this graft underneath the skin and muscle of the radix, where it stays hidden.

Placing a cartilage graft over the bone where it elevates the depressed soft tissue compensates for the deficit in the bony structure. This procedure develops a much straighter profile without the need to eliminate any bone or cartilage underneath the radix.

Can you have Weak Radix and a True Hump?

A patient can have an under-developed radix as well as a true hump. The advantage of treating these conditions simultaneously is that the surgeon can remove the hump in a more conservative manner.

They will bring the ideal profile line closer to the hump by elevating the position of the radix. Consequently, the surgeon will have to remove a lesser portion of the hump to create a straighter profile.

This plastic surgery procedure results in a less “surgical” appearance and a more natural look due to a more robust nasal starting point.

Correcting Radix as Part of Revision Rhinoplasty

The angle between the frontal and nasal bones of the nose determines the height of the radix. This height should be proportionate to the dorsal height, length, and tip proportionate for balanced and aesthetically appealing results.

In case the radix remains too high, or the graft used during the procedure is too large, the nose will take on a Romanesque appearance following the procedure.

Revision rhinoplasty will involve the surgeon reducing the radix to its correct and most appealing proportions in comparison to other nasal aspects and facial characteristics.

BBL, Brazilian buttock lift, fat transfer gluteal augmentation – while it goes by many names, the Brazilian butt lift is quickly becoming one of the top requested plastic surgeries across the country.

Prized for its minimally invasive approach to buttock augmentation, the Brazilian butt lift uses the body’s own fat tissue to improve the shape and volume of the butt as well as remove unwanted fat from other parts of the body. While the treatment has helped many individuals achieve their ideal figure, there are many questions that patients have regarding treatment and recovery from BBL.

How Does the Brazilian Butt Lift Improve Size and Shape?

Unlike other augmentation procedures that rely on synthetic implants, BBLs take unwanted fat tissue from other parts of your body, refine it and reinject it into the buttocks. Placement of the injections is done so that the new fat cells enhance your existing shape, creating natural looking curves.

How Long is the Recovery Period for a Brazilian Butt Lift?

While a Brazilian butt lift may be minimally invasive, it’s important that patients remember it is still surgery. As a result, recovery can be anywhere from 10 to 14 days. During that time, it’s important that patients continue to walk and stretch, wear their girdle at all times, and take all prescribed medication. Walking in particular helps decrease the risk of clots, a potentially dangerous side effect of Brazilian butt lift treatment.

Can I Sit After a BBL?

Not for at least 14 days after your procedure. While the newly transplanted fat cells may be from your body, the cells will not have blood supply for the first few weeks after they’ve been injected. Sitting for extended periods of time can damage the transplant and be potentially dangerous. As a result, we recommend waiting at least two weeks before sitting. After the fat develops its own blood supply, you should use a cigar-shaped pillow when sitting to mitigate excess pressure on the new cells

When Can I Go Back to Work?

Recovery from Brazilian butt lift varies from patient to patient based on how quickly their body heals, whether there are any complications during treatment or recovery, and how closely they follow their post-treatment recovery guide. Additionally, post-recovery instructions (like not sitting), can make it difficult to get back to work, particularly for patients who have primarily seated jobs. As a result, the best guidance we can give is to take between 5-7 days to recover at home before considering going back to work. After that period, schedule a visit with our surgeons to confirm that you can go back to work without issue.

Why Do I Need to Wear a Girdle?

When recovering from Brazilian butt lift surgery, you’re actually recovering from two procedures; the buttock augmentation and the liposuction used to harvest the transplanted fat cells. A girdle, or compression garment, is used to help ensure that the donor area heals correctly. Furthermore, it can help decrease discomfort and swelling that many patients face after undergoing liposuction.

When can I get back to the gym?

As mention, Brazilian butt lifts can require several weeks of recovery in order to create the best results. To protect your investment, we recommend avoiding strenuous activities and exercises for at least a month following surgery. Between four to five weeks, patients can start adding light activities to their routine. By weeks six to eight, most patients are able to get back to their normal activities. Your surgeon will monitor your healing in the weeks following surgery and can give you a more personalized timeline during follow-up visits.

Functional Rhinoplasty: Correcting a Deviated Septum | Beverly HillsRhinoplasty cosmetic surgery is an effective solution to correct a deviated septum to restore normal nasal function. The surgeon will assess the extent and nature of the septal deviation, and then develop a customized surgical plan to address the condition.

plastic surgeon Dr. David Kim provides rhinoplasty to patients in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and surrounding communities.

What is Septum Deviation?

The septum divides the nasal cavity into two narrow airways that start at the upper portion of the nose, where it attaches to the nostrils. The septum is made up of various sections of cartilage and bone.

The lower part of the septum is located on the anterior nasal spine. This bone supports the structure, and it can be felt in the area where the nose connects to the upper lip.

Septal deviation refers to the shifting or development of the septum to one side of the nasal cavity instead of dividing it into two identical airways.

The septum may bow outwards in a C-shape or bend to one side in an S-shape. These septal deviations can lead to impediments in airflow, and damage the delicate nasal tissues over time.

A deviated septum may occur due to a nasal injury or may be present in an individual since birth. Septal deviation can impede breathing, regardless of the reason for its development. It can also lead to nosebleeds and facial pain.

How is Septal Deviation Treated?

The surgeon will either work on the bony upper part of the septum above the nose or the cartilaginous lower portion of the septum to correct a deviated septum.

The septum may also shift off the anterior nasal spine in a condition known as caudal septal deviation. The treatment of this condition will involve moving the septum back to its correct position and shifting its base on to the anterior nasal spine.

Septoplasty Procedure

In this plastic surgery procedure, the surgeon either reshapes the bony upper portion of the septum or the cartilaginous lower portion. If the patient has a caudal septal deviation, the rhinoplasty surgeon will address the septal shift and realign its base on the anterior nasal spine.

The surgeon will commence this procedure by making an incision on one side of the nose to gain access to the septum. After this, they will cautiously shift the deviated septum back to its correct position. In addition, they will also remove impediments such as unwanted bone pieces and cartilage. The nose surgeon will eventually re-position the mucous membrane in this procedure.

In some cases, the patient may need sutures to ensure that the septum and membrane remain in their new position. Sometimes, placing a cotton pack within the nose is sufficient to ensure that the membrane and septum stay in position.

Recovery

Septoplasty is undertaken as outpatient surgery. Therefore, most patients are able to return home on the day of the procedure itself. Cosmetic surgeon Dr. David Kim receives patients from Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and nearby areas for rhinoplasty.

Functional Rhinoplasty Procedures: Enlarged Turbinates | Beverly HillsRhinoplasty cosmetic surgery can effectively treat enlarged turbinates. Turbinates are thin, narrow bones that protrude outwards from the sides of the septum in the nasal cavity, and they appear as tiny, curled knobs at the ends.

plastic surgeon Dr. David Kim provides rhinoplasty to patients in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and surrounding locations.

Types of Turbinates

The nose consists of three types of turbinates. These are:

During the pre-operative consultation, the surgeon will assess the condition of the patient’s nose and understand if enlarged turbinates surgery is a suitable option for them.

Turbinate Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty surgery addresses turbinates that have become swollen due to allergies and irritants. Sometimes, a turbinate may become constricted due to a deviated septum pushing it to a single side.

As a result, the turbinate in the opposite nasal airway becomes larger to make up for the compressed turbinate. This leads to further breathing problems.

To treat enlarged turbinates, some surgeons remove tissue to reduce their size. Yet other surgeons do not excise any tissue at all. Rather, they break the turbinate in the outward direction.

Turbinates are vital to proper nose function as they warm and moisten the air that enters the nose. If turbinates are removed entirely, it can lead to a painful condition called atrophic rhinitis.

Fracturing a turbinate outwardly and away from the septum and subsequently resetting it helps create a larger nasal passageway. This improves breathing and enables the turbinates to function properly.

Surgical Procedure

Various surgical techniques can help reduce the size of enlarged turbinates. Turbinate resection and turbinate reduction are standard procedures to treat enlarged turbinates.

The plastic surgery procedure takes place in an operating room or the surgeon’s office. Turbinate resection and septoplasty are typically undertaken at the same time.

The complete removal of a turbinate can adversely affect the overall turbinate function and cause a very crusty and dry nose. After the procedure, the turbinate tissue may re-grow in some patients. But in comparison to complete turbinate removal, this option is still more acceptable.

Some techniques, such as cauterization, coblation, and radiofrequency, reduce the turbinate size without removing any tissue or bone.

These procedures involve the surgeon warming a portion of the turbinate using a specialized instrument. The turbinate constricts after some time as scar tissue forms due to the process of heating.

In other procedures, the surgeon may remove a part of the turbinate. It is vital to allow adequate turbinate to remain in the nose during these types of procedures as the remaining turbinate can warm and moisten the air that enters the nose.

Submucosal resection is also a standard procedure to treat enlarged turbinates. This procedure involves removing the “stuffing” within the turbinate while allowing the turbinate lining to remain inside the nose.

Functional Rhinoplasty Procedures | Beverly Hills | Los AngelesFunctional rhinoplasty is a plastic surgery procedure meant to treat physical abnormalities that can make it challenging to breathe, such as those due to congenital defects. It is also an effective procedure to address the effects of nasal trauma.

The rhinoplasty surgeon can reshape and reset the nasal cartilage and bones to help the patient achieve nasal contours that will make it easier for them to breathe as well as enhance their appearance.

plastic surgeon Dr. David Kim provides rhinoplasty to patients in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and surrounding communities.

Correcting a Septal Deviation

A deviated septum is a condition in which the septum shifts or develops to one side of the nasal cavity, rather than dividing it into two identical passageways. The septum can either bend to one side in an S-shape or outwards like a bow creating a C-shape.

The site of the septal deviation will determine if the surgeon needs to reshape the bony upper portion of the septum near the top of the nose or the cartilaginous lower portion.

At times, the septum shifts off the anterior nasal spine in a condition called caudal septal deviation. In such cases, the nose surgeon will need to correct the shift of the septum and realign its base on the anterior nasal spine.

Enlarged Turbinates

Turbinate rhinoplasty is an effective treatment for turbinates that have become swollen due to allergies or other irritants. Sometimes one turbinate may become compressed as the deviated septum pushes it to a single side.

As a result, the turbinate in the opposite nasal passageway becomes larger to make up for the compressed turbinate. This can cause further breathing problems.

To treat enlarged turbinates, some surgeons excise tissue and reduce their size while other surgeons do not eliminate any tissue. Instead, they break the turbinate in the outward direction. Turbinates humidify and moisten the air that enters the nose, which is vital for proper breathing.

Sometimes turbinates removal can lead to a painful condition called atrophic rhinitis. This condition can lead to persistent infection and excessive mucus production.

However, if the surgeon breaks the turbinate in the outward direction and away from the septum and then set it in place, it can create a larger nasal passageway. This improves breathing and sustains the benefits of functional turbinates.

Nasal Polyps

Nasal polyps are also associated with allergies and irritants, similar to enlarged turbinates. These benign growths develop inside the nasal passageways and appear as soft, jelly-like knobs.

The surgeon will reach within the nostrils and use a snare tool to carefully remove the polyp. Unfortunately, nasal polyps tend to re-grow, and patients with polyps should also take anti-allergy meds.

Nasal Fractures

Different types of osteotomy (the practice of rejoining and resetting bones) techniques are used to treat different types of fractures. Various types of nasal fractures can develop leading to a crooked or misshapen nose. Any location along the “bony pyramid” of the nose, which is the pyramid-like structure that projects from the nose, can sustain a fracture.

Greenstick fractures occur along the sides of the nasal bones and typically develop in children as their bones are much more flexible in comparison to adult bones. As a result, greenstick fractures are typically incomplete rather that completely broken bones.

Saddle deformity is a more serious type of nasal fracture. To treat such fractures, the surgeon uses cartilage or rib bone tissue to restore the nasal bridge and septum.

With the holidays finally over and resolutions in full swing, its time to take a look at accomplishing your 2019 goals. If “taking better care of my skin” or “practice self-care” are at the top of your list, one of the best ways to set yourself up for success is hit reset on your skin with microneedling. This minimally invasive cosmetic treatment packs a powerful punch, making it a popular option for countless patients looking to achieve beautiful, radiant looking skin.

What is Microneedling?

While microneedling may seem like a recent development in the world of cosmetic treatments, the first recorded treatment was performed over 100 years ago when a German dermatologist used the treatment concept to treat scars and hyperpigmentation. By the mid-1990s, microneedling evolved into its current form, becoming one of the leading treatments for tackling the effects of aging such as wrinkles and scarring. Since then, research and innovation have led to microneedling becoming regarded as one of the most effective anti-aging and facial rejuvenation procedures.

So why is microneedling so successful? Much of the treatment’s success comes from the way in which the procedure stimulates the body’s natural healing process. Most other facial rejuvenation procedures use chemicals or lasers to physically slough away damaged skin cells and reveal healthy new skin. Instead, microneedling uses ultra-fine needles to create tiny pinpricks (microtrauma) in the uppermost layers of the skin. In response to these minute puncture wounds, the body begins creating collagen and elastin to heal the area. This results in the skin becoming firmer, improving the appearance of scars and stretch marks as well as shrinking pore size. Given the way microneedling triggers collagen production, this facial rejuvenation procedure is sometimes also referred to as collagen induction therapy.

The Benefits of Microneedling

As microneedling leverages the body’s natural healing process to repair skin, the treatment offers patients several distinct advantages over alternative procedures:

Scar Tissue Reduction

Collagen induction therapy is effective in reducing the appearance of scars and fine lines because it reduces scar tissue. To heal cuts or lacerations, your body produces an excess of collagen, which randomly accumulates around the injury. This leads to unflattering bumps and visible scarring. Microneedling helps break down unnecessary scar tissue and allows the body to reheal old wounds in a more uniform fashion, smoothing out and disguising scars.

Increased Volume

Steady collagen production is what gives skin it’s youthful volume and glow. Sun damage and age can gradually outpace slowing production, leading to the development of fine lines and wrinkles. Instead of turning to injectables, microneedling gives patients the chance to restore their facial volume from the inside out and using their own cells.

What to Expect During a Microneedling Treatment

While the term “microneedling” may not be the most inviting, the treatment is among the least invasive facial rejuvenation options available to patients. During the procedure, our Beverly Hills plastic surgeon will apply a topical anesthetic to ensure a comfortable experience. A specialized pen is then used to create the tiny pinpricks evenly across the skin, ensuring total rejuvenation.

As microneedling is non-invasive, the entire treatment session is usually completed in about 30 minutes. After the procedure, we’ll apply a calming serum to help reduce swelling and soothe the skin. While there is minimal recovery associated with microneedling, patients may find themselves facing minor skin irritation and redness in the days following their procedure. This usually clears up a day or two following treatment.

 Am I a Candidate?

Microneedling is considered the last non-surgical option for treating aging before surgical solutions are considered. As a result, the treatment works best on patients who haven’t responded to other solutions like chemical peels or laser rejuvenation. Treatment has been successfully used to treat acne scars or stretch marks, hyperpigmentation like sun spots or uneven skin tone, fine lines and wrinkles as well as large pores. For the best result, we recommend patients undergo several treatment sessions.

From social media to the red carpet, shapely rears are a highly desired feature for many women. While glute-focused workouts can help add some definition by building muscle, there’s a physical limit to how much you can grow your rear, not to mention the hours needed to reshape your glutes. Genetics specifically play a large part in determining how large your booty can get, even with a glute-driven exercise routine.

With that in mind, if you feel less than satisfied with the size and shape of your rear, consider enhancing your features with the ever-popular Brazilian butt lift.

What is a Brazilian Butt Lift

Traditionally, buttock augmentation was completed using silicone-filled implants placed deep within the gluteal tissue, like how breast augmentations are done.

Also known as a gluteoplasty, Brazilian butt lifts take a different approach to create a more rounded rear. Instead of turning to implants, this procedure uses the fat transfer process to move extra fat from one part of the body to the butt. During this process, extra unwanted fat is taken anywhere else on the body, such as the abdomen, thighs, back and flank via liposuction. The fat cells are purified and reinjected back into the fatty and muscle layers of the gluteal muscle, enhancing the fullness, roundness, and volume of the derriere.

The Benefits of a Fat Transfer

There are a number of reasons why patients love the Brazilian butt lift process:

Two procedures in one

While Brazilian butt lifts are not a weight loss solution, they can help reduce stubborn fat pockets throughout the body while enhancing the butt. For many patients, this two-in-one approach can help them achieve their ideal figure with just one procedure.

More natural than silicone

While silicone has a long and successful medical history, not all patients are comfortable with the idea of having a foreign substance in their body for extended periods of time. As Brazilian butt lifts use an individual’s own body fat to enhance their shape, the likelihood of the body reacting negatively to treatment diminishes.

Less invasive that implant placement

Compared to traditional buttock augmentation, Brazilian butt lifts are a bit less invasive. Fat is harvested from other parts of the body via liposuction then reinjected without the need to make major incisions into the muscle tissue. The procedure is generally performed as an outpatient procedure, and most patients are surprised by how pleasant the two-week recovery process is.

Lasting, natural looking results

Unlike other cells in the body, fat cells are nearly impossible to remove without physical extraction. As Brazilian butt lifts take unwanted fat cells from one part of the body and transfer them to derriere, patients don’t need to worry about more fat cells replacing the ones that had been used to enhance their rear. Best of all, as no implants are used, the treatment results in natural feeling curves.

What to look for in a Brazilian Butt Lift Surgeon

Like all other surgical treatments, there are certain risks associated with Brazilian butt lifts. However, choosing an experienced surgeon who is knowledgeable about fat transfer procedures can ensure a comfortable and successful treatment. When searching for the right plastic surgeon, be sure to ask prospective surgeons about:
